SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS MAY FORM LATE THIS EVENING ACROSS PORTIONS OF
CENTRAL NEBRASKA. THESE THUNDERSTORMS MAY MOVE EAST THROUGH
DAYBREAK...IMPACTING AREAS SOUTH OF A LINE FROM YANKTON TO STORM
LAKE. THE PRIMARY IMPACT OF THESE STORMS WILL BE LOCALLY HEAVY
RAINFALL.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY

OCCASIONAL SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE IN AREAS ALONG AND
SOUTH OF THE MISSOURI RIVER EARLY ON WEDNESDAY BEFORE BEGINNING TO
MOVE NORTHEAST IN THE AFTERNOON. WHILE WIDESPREAD SEVERE STORMS ARE
NOT ANTICIPATED...A FEW STRONGER STORMS WITH HAIL WILL BE POSSIBLE
WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON.

THUNDERSTORMS WILL MOVE ACROSS THE OUTLOOK AREA WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO
THURSDAY MORNING. WHILE THE SEVERE WEATHER RISK IS LOW...SEVERAL
ROUNDS OF HEAVY RAINFALL MAY PRODUCE 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAINFALL BY
THURSDAY MORNING. RAINFALL MAY CONTINUE INTO FRIDAY...ESPECIALLY
ACROSS PORTIONS OF NORTHWESTERN IOWA.

THIS POTENTIALLY HEAVY RAINFALL COULD LEAD TO LOCALIZED FLASH
FLOODING...AND WILL INCREASE THE POTENTIAL FOR HEIGHTENED STREAM AND
RIVER LEVELS LATER THIS WEEK.
