ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS MOVING TO THE EAST NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH OVER
NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS.

THROUGH 5:15 PM... ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED
TO PERSIST ACROSS PARTS OF NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST
ARKANSAS. THE PRIMARY FOCUS FOR STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL
BE ISOLATED ALONG AN OUTFLOW BOUNDARY ACROSS NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA...
AND INTO NORTHWEST ARKANSAS. LARGE HAIL... DAMAGING WIND... AND
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL ARE POSSIBLE.
