NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND OVER EXTREME NORTHWEST ARKANSAS. MOST OF THE
SHOWERS AND STORMS WERE LOCATED TO THE NORTH OF I 40 AND WERE RACING
TOWARD THE SOUTHWEST AT 35 MPH... INTO CENTRAL OKLAHOMA.

THROUGH 10:00 AM...SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED TO
CONTINUE TO SPREAD TOWARD THE SOUTHWEST... AND BEGIN TO DISSIPATE
OVER NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA. LOCATIONS NORTH OF I 40 ARE MOST LIKELY TO
BE AFFECTED HOWEVER... SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL BE AFFECTING
LOCATIONS ALONG AND SOUTH OF THE INTERSTATE AS WELL. BRIEF HEAVY
RAINFALL AND CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING WILL ACCOMPANY THE STORMS.
AVERAGE HOURLY RAINFALL RATES ARE EXPECTED TO VARY FROM SEVERAL
