MUCH OF THE FOUR STATE AREA THIS MORNING. VISIBILITIES MAY BE
REDUCED TO ONE MILE AT TIMES AND PATCHY DENSE FOG WITH
VISIBILITIES BELOW ONE MILE MAY DEVELOP AROUND SUNRISE. THROUGH 6
AM...MOST OF THE RAIN WILL BE NORTH OF INTERSTATE 20.
HOWEVER...ADDITIONAL AREAS OF LIGHT RAIN ARE MOVING NORTHEASTWARD
INTO THE TOLEDO BEND COUNTRY AND CENTRAL LOUISIANA. RAINFALL
AMOUNTS WILL GENERALLY BE LESS THAN ONE TENTH OF AN INCH.

AT 3:45 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADARS DETECTED PATCHY
LIGHT DRIZZLE AND FREEZING DRIZZLE ACROSS PORTIONS OF FAR SOUTHEAST
OKLAHOMA AND WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS. THE FREEZING DRIZZLE WAS MOST
LIKELY CONFINED TO THE VALLEY REGIONS IN SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA. THIS
ACTIVITY WILL PERSIST THROUGH SUNRISE. A VERY LIGHT COATING OF ICE
WILL BE POSSIBLE...ESPECIALLY ON ELEVATED SURFACES SUCH AS BRIDGES
AND OVERPASSES.
