* FOREST SERVICE REPORTS THAT FLOOD WATERS HAVE EASED THIS MORNING
  BUT ARE STILL AT LEAST 10 TIMES NORMAL FLOW. THE FOLLOWING
  ROADS...FOREST SERVICE ROAD 31 KNOWN AS WINDING WAY AND FOREST
  SERVICE ROAD 13 KNOWN AS PILGRIM CREEK ROAD...REMAIN CLOSED.
