Note: In addition to the Quorum down converter used in the
prototype system, we know that a Wilmanco down converter will be able to
properly down convert the EMWIN-N signal for the June test. For all
other down converters, users should contact the manufacturer to determine if
they will be able to down convert the EMWIN-N signal for the test.
